President Barack Obama

     Many people don’t believe that Barack Obama is our new president. He’s the first African-American in the United States. Many people pick or choice him because he’s ready for this important charge in the government. Many people celebrated when Barack Obama won this Election Day because he means the change we all need in the United States. He promised and solves many changes in the United States such as Iraq and Afghanistan, Cuba and communist and the economy crisis.

  First of all, President Barack Obama promised to us that he will finish the unnecessary wars in Iraq and Afghanistan. He says that The United States soldiers will come to home because they are dying in another country. Moreover, Many countries, which are from UN (Union nations), are saying that United States is making wars, which is unnecessary for the peace world. Mr. President Barack Obama will change the United States’ face around the world.  

    Second, President Obama is agreeing to talk with Castro who is president of Cuba and Chavez who is president of Venezuela. President Obama will talk about their different between United States and Those communist countries. As a result, the world will see that United States is changing for good and making peace with all the countries. President Barack Obama wants to change The United States like he promised four months ago.

   Finally, President Obama has many programs to solve the economy crisis in the United States. He approved the stimulus package, save the auto companies and bankrupt. In these days many people lost their homes in the United States. As a result, many children are missing classes because they are changing school. Moreover, those families should move to another home or rent an apartment in another city because they can’t pay their home’s mortgages

When I was in my country, I didn’t know anything about U.S. Many people don’t know that U.S has many opportunities.   When I came to the United States, I didn’t know that English is the official language. I’m learning English because of advantages in my lifestyle, jobs and communication.

     First of all, learning English is necessary in my lifestyle.  When I’m going to the supermarket, I can’t find anything because I don’t read English. I should ask to someone who speaks Spanish.  This is why I’m learning English in Pccc.

         Second, learning English is very important to find jobs, I went to many job’s interviews and everyone spoke in English and didn’t understand them. As a result, I didn’t get a job, I decided to learn English.
